Founded in 1999 to support opticians with professional lens glazing solutions, Shepshed Optics Limited has built a reputation as a truly independent glazing lab. We continue to adapt to new lens types and innovations within the optical industry, drawing on more than 160 years of combined experience and expertise.

With an incredible team of 11, we pride ourselves on being customer-focused and committed to delivering a personalised service — not to compete with the large corporates, but to offer something more individual, approachable, and dependable.

Nathan and Helen Holt, our Company Directors, are proud to lead the business as husband and wife alongside Tracey Giles, our Company Secretary, following the takeover of ownership in 2021. Together, we are passionate about expanding our customer base across the UK while continuing to provide the exceptional service our customers know and trust. We genuinely love what we do, and we hope that passion shines through in every aspect of our work.
